Privacy protection is a high priority at Sinners Inc ApS. Therefore we have prepared a policy for how Sinners Inc ApS ("we" or "us") processes your personal information.

It is mandatory that you deliver these above mentioned type of data if you wish to book with us or buy our services. If we do not have these data we can not process your inquiry/purchase.


We do not collect or process any sensitive data regarding any of our services.

Your information is stored within the EU (European Union) and the European Economic Area ("EEA"). If we transfer your information to data processors in third countries, this is done within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Act, which protects privacy.


Storage and deletion

As a rule, we keep your personal data up to 5 years and current financial year after processing your purchase,cf. the Accounting Act, unless circumstances require shorter or longer treatment, ei. if you register for our loyalty club.


If you do not complete your purchase or if you did not make the final purchase at the time of booking, your personal data will be deleted automatically.


Only relevant employees have access to the information, in addition to IT administrators.

If you give us your consent to become a member of our club, we may also use your purchase information for the above purposes, including for your club membership.

The information needed to manage your Club Sinners membership is maintained throughout your active Club Sinners membership. This information constitutes e-mail address, name, address, age, gender, and any other information that you have consented to give us, cf. the above.


When using our services, we store your information for up to 5 years and current financial year after processing your purchase, cf. the Accounting Act.


You have the right to terminate your membership at any time. If you choose to, your membership ceases and your personal information will be deleted.

Especially about consent

Your consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously notified consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will not be effective until that time. Nor does it affect the processing of personal data processed on a different basis.

Your rights

The right to oppose direct marketing:

We only do direct marketing, including profiling, if we have received your consent. If you wish to revoke your consent and thus opt out of direct marketing, we will no longer process your personal information for this purpose.
